Every one of us has lost a night to an incident where each team could prove its own part was healthy, and nobody could see across all of them. The cause was usually sitting in a log or a change record the whole time. Finding it took hours because nothing read everything at once.
So we built the thing we wanted on that call. Pindot reads every system you already run, never changes them, and names the probable cause in plain language, with the exact records behind it.
We build for banks, insurers, telecoms and governments: organisations that cannot send their data anywhere. That is why Pindot runs on your own servers, fully air-gapped if you need it, and why every answer is on the record.
